Directx Broke?

Hey All, 

I have been having problems with my DirectX recently as when I install a game it breaks and it says its not there but when I go into "dxdiag" it shows up as installed but when I open any game such as "CS:GO" it crashes at launch and says running in the background in task manager I need help please I have had to reinstall windows 4 time this week already and I don't know what it is! Maybe its the recently installed programs here's the list:

OBS

Dxtory

Steam

Discord

Firefox

FIVEM

GTA V

Euro Truck Simulator 2

Wireshark

TeamViewer
