If you are spending $800 then you should probably get a quad core proscessor trust me it makes games and office so much better.

 

An AMD Ryzen 3 gives you 4 cores at 3.5 Gigahertz for $99.

don't cheap out on the PSU unless you want it to explode. get a corsair CX or coolermaster masterwatt.

I've owned a few nice Corsair units, from the CX550 to the CX750M all the way up to the HX1100i when I worked at Dell.

 

I cannot recommend Corsair branded power supplies enough. I've never had a failure from them.
