Keep in mind, if you go with Option 1, I would suggest finding a local PC store that can do a BIOS update if needed.

don't cheap out on the PSU unless you want it to explode. get a corsair CX or coolermaster masterwatt.

I've owned a few nice Corsair units, from the CX550 to the CX750M all the way up to the HX1100i when I worked at Dell.

 

I cannot recommend Corsair branded power supplies enough. I've never had a failure from them.
