Hey.
I've encountered a really bad issue with my system. Every time I try to load the Profile #1 of my RAM in the uefi settings it's getting really uncomfortable. The computer actually has no problem with working with those speeds but the main problem is that I get an error when the computer has been turned off and has been disconnected from the power source after a while(when my setup is turned off I turn off the energy through a power strip)

And that seems to be the problem; the computer is turning on, all fans blow to full speed and then it's turning off again. This repeats a second time and it's about then my setup is turning on properly.

I already changed the mainboard at the vendor and got a new x-399-A and it didn't make any changes to the error.

So I can't run my RAM at full speed which sucks. Any recommendations?
