Hi!
I've had some problems with low FPS in CS:GO mainly (around 150FPS all settings on low, 1920x1080 resolution) I think this is really wierd because i see other people having really high fps with this GPU and CPU. All my tempratures are fine, vsync off. The strange thing is that both my CPU and GPU is on around 30% usage max!The usage is at 30% when i stream with both x246 and Nvenc in OBS Studio. I've searched the webs for a solution for hours and found no answers. Really looking for help here.

CS:GO shouldn't max out the 1800X, my Ryzen 5 1600 usually only reaches 30% while playing Fortnite, having a couple background processes running, and folding on 2 cores.

Have you made sure the GPU drivers are up to date?

The CPU is reading low because CSGO isn't using all of its cores, so it'll probably have 3-4 cores maxed out then the rest asleep, i.e. 30%. You'll also get the same FPS in CSGO pretty much no matter what settings you put it on other than in very specific situations, like if you rev up the clutter setting, new Dust 2 takes a bit of a FPS hit.

The best thing to do would be to use a program that lets you see individual core usage and go from there, MSI Afterburner will let you do this. I would say though that on a Ryzen CPU with single channel 2400MHz RAM drops to 150FPS in CSGO sound perfectly within the realm of reality. CSGO doesn't care at all about the 1080Ti as it's very very CPU limited, likely you'd get the same FPS at 4K as you are now at 1080p.

Easiest way to see if it's a CPU limitation would be to try a 5:4 or 4:3 resolution and see if your FPS goes through the roof, you should have the option for 1024x768 so try that. When you choose narrower aspect ratios in CSGO it reduces your FOV, this means there's less crap at the sides of your screen the CPU has to think about and you get massively reduced CPU load as a result. I'm not saying playing the game like this is necessarily the solution to your problem (though I personally prefer the stretched, zoomed in look anyway), merely suggesting it as a way of troubleshooting.

Really though if playing CSGO at 200FPS+ is important to you should have bought something Intel.
