BF4 Ping Issues

My ping looks like this, either 37 or 104 ping on all servers. image.thumb.png.dd9a8a000e65b46f7fae39783b9e7d7a.pngthen I go into a game and it spikes to 220-250. Is there a fix? My internet is fine.

Where do you live? I've had issues in the past with Chicago based servers during the evening when lots of people are using the Internet. My game traffic was being sent through one of main fiber lines running from NY(where I live) to Chicago.

Seattle, this ping spike issue sometimes happens on the low ping servers too (probably LA)
