AMD GAMING CPU?

Go to solution Solved by TheSLSAMG,

Is there much difference between a 8320 and 8530? I would buy one of the two, but if the extra £40 worth it? It looks like its only 0.2ghz difference.

There is almost no real noticeable difference, and you can use the saved 40 pounds to buy a Hyper 212 EVO and overclock it to 4.2GHz.

A8 3870k is a 750k at best. I had a 760k and it would bottleneck the shit out of my 7950.

750K will go up to a 7970 without bottlenecking. I have tried. It works un-bottlenecked.

Play bf3, bf4, skyrim and gta iv and then come back.

That's not called bottlenecking.

I'd say 7950 is where it might start to hold back the card and not so much the 7970.

No but having cpu utilization at 100 and gpu usage at 60-75% is. I had a 7950 with a 760k and it was a horrible experience. Also at the end of the video jay shows the i3 bottlenecking.
