Is your AIO tightened down all the way?

What you thinking about ?

Is your CPU cooler tightened down all the way to provide adequate cooling for your CPU?

Well. Actually no. I only used 2 screws. It makes difference?

But im talking about big radiator from aio. Not the main part which goes to cpu. The cooler on cpu is placed correctly and tightened.

Yes, you want it as tight as it can get against the CPU.

Interesting. How long have you had the thermal compound applied? I'm assuming you repasted it when you replaced the liquid in the AIO, but I want to make sure.

Also, what happens if you run the computer outside of the case?

Maybe the "paste"  under this IHS is messing with cooling. Try to replace it with something competent, doesn't have to be liquid metal.
