hyper x cloud Hyper X Cloud Headset Problem

I've got the problem that every time I talk to somebody on Teamspeak/Discord/Ingamechat/etc. that the Persons on the other side can hear them self. I tried many things, like changing the configurations in the programs and in Windows, using different adapters (the headset needs an Y adapter to split the Audio/Mic signal) and using different ports on my Motherboard and my Case. Nothing seems to help. Even different volume settings doesn't help.

The others can only her them self (eg. If I talk with 2 friends they can hear them self and the other one through my voice channel) but can't hear my sounds on the Computer so that they can't hear the sound from the game or musik. Only the Voicechat.

 

My setup:

i5-6500

GTX1060 6Gb Phoenix

16gb ddr4 

msi h110m pro-d (Realtek ALC887 Audio Codec)

550w 80+ bronze

 

My headset is the Hyper X Cloud (the first one)

 

Edit: I forgot to say that sometimes my Mic is ruled down, so that nobody can hear me and I'm really quiet. This happens also without any change of options. Sometimes a restart is helping.

Yes, it's an general problem that affects everyone. It also happens in Crossplay chats, so that it happens even when they are at the ps4.
