Hi! I have an ASUS GL553VE and I've recently ran a test;

http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8052409

My CPU is apparently running way bellow expected and my ram is also having issues.

I ran another test by closing some applications via task manager which made my cpu 62% (good) but is still bellow expected.

I have 10gb of ram available (6gb of 16gb used) and idk what's wrong.

pls halp

The test results may not actually mean anything, what matters is how it performs in day to day tasks. Integrated graphics generally aren't good so don't expect to be playing triple a games. As long as your not having slowdowns and other issues while actually using it, everything is fine,

Are you plugged into a charger and have set windows to high performance power plan?
The ssd score is good for what you have, it is just 50% compared to the fastest (sata?) ssd tested.

The cpu score is weird though.

EDIT:
My laptop has the same "problem" when on battery, compare
http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5524325 (45,9% cpu, battery)

to

http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5524504 (63,5% cpu, plugged in)

What are your expectations out of that laptop then?

The test compares how your system performs against a standard set by the website (e.g. graphics standard is a 1070). You surely cannot get 100% with the system you have.

Aaah I just realised your problem!

Base clock 2.8 GHz, turbo 2.2 GHz (avg)

Your cpu is thermal throttling.  This is "normal" for laptops as they often have a bad designed thermal system.

You could potentially fix this by blowing out the dust of your device. Also replacing thermal paste for a better paste might help a little.

Dude, the percentage score doesn't work like that. 100% isn't what it should be operating at, it's just the score for a good PC. 29% is your score against other people's PCs. Relax, there's nothing wrong with your computer.
