Need help troubleshooting Code 55

Help I just recently installed a custo. Waterloop and now when i power it on it gives me an Code ab and the  stats at code 55 the motherboard led says Detect Memory. I've tried removing the ram and putting it back in. I also loosened the CPU water lock and pulled it off just a bit thinking its had to much tension on the CPU. Please help :(
