Windows 10 tweaking

I used to refer an old WordPress page which had more than 100 registry tweaks,70+ tunings and settings widely ranging from disabling win10 keylogger,turning off unwanted and unsecure features,better uac controls,better firewall setup,blocking ports,locking down system files and setting better user access permissions, blocking unregistered pendrive, blocking software installation,and a lot more but the site has since been taken down.Most of the stuff looked like the work of a systems analyst.I would appreciate it if someone has the time to compile a guide to hardening Windows as best as possible.
