Guys today i put my gpu in de mobo and it was perfect. Then i got from my friend a win10 bootable usb and then installed it. Later on i was in the bios uefi and i enabled something like doocc ram stuf not sure and then it restarted i think but there nothing goin on my monitor its like i dont have a gpu but its there. Everything works fine as i think fans gpu and mobos rgb lighting but no visuals its like my monitor is not connected.

You probably changed your RAM settings so now it wont boot, just go and reset your CMOS. Either by using a jumper on your motherboard, a clear_cmos button on your motherboard or pull out the coin cell battery.

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂

You said yourself you started changing settings you didn't understand. That's typically what happens when you start changing things at random.
