automatic repair loop stuck

Hi, I'm new here, I know you told me to look at other threads to see if I could find my problem but I can't find it.

 

Windows 10

64bit

 

 

So I wanted to start up my pc and then 'prepairing automatic repair' came and then it tries to fix it and then I get 'PC can't be fixed or something with automatic repair'. I tried a lot of stuff, but it didn't work. what do I do?

If you know ask for further information because now it's too much to explain

if you ignore the auto repair and just try to boot windows what happens ? try to boot into safe mode to see what happens ? 

 

im going to assume you dont use any kind of encryption ?

So everytime I boot it goes to automatic repair and I tried to boot in safe mode but I ended up in automatic repair again. No I don't use encryption.
