Well I did see these lines before in another photo that had the gpu going defective. Same thickness and so on. I also had artifacting in Kingdom Come Deliverence a month ago. Plus a VR game that was UE4 based where the geometry went all over the place.

 

But its been awhile and now its happening in this game but differently 

 

Tho it could be the VR game sucked and was glitching

 

And Kingdom Come... Well we all know how terrible of an experiance it was at launch
