PC makes weird beeps

I recently replaced the thermal paste on my brothers computer, and thing were going fine, then for some reason i connected the power cable to a CD drive while the thing was running, and after i re-started it, i get this...

clean it, swap with another ram, if you use more than 1 stick try to put 1 first.

Unplug the CD drive and then try it.

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂

i unlugged everything, checked the thermal paste on the CPU and re-applied it, and it still beeps like 8 times

What are the specs on the PC? You can look up the beep code for the motherboard.
