Bad stuttering

Good day,

 

My laptop have started to be a bit stuttery nowadays,

not just while watching youtube, when as im typing this post it's stuttering.

The primary suspect is the hard disk, as i think my cpu and ram are sufficient enough for the task.

my GPU driver is almost the newest as well

I will try updating my GPU driver to the newest drivers, but if it doesnt fix my problem, any ideas?
