My pc spec

I have attached my specs to the post 

 

My question is. Is my PC good enough to stream on twitch and not have to completely turn down the Graphics to do so.

you should be able to stream certain things but triple a games might be hard on gpu. it depends on encoder aswell but you've got an 8 core cpu so x264 should be fine

If you use NVENC then you should be ok. Depending on the game and settings, CPU based x264 encoding might be a bit much for your processor.

GPU isn't going to be issue, if you don't mind dropping graphics quality. I'm bit worried that your CPU will be issue. But using ShadowPlay should take some load off it.

It's nVidias own recording and encoding software which is using GPUs own resources. Essentially it takes encoding load off CPU. You can use it in combination with streaming software like OBS or stream with it directly.
