1060 not detected by Motherboard

So I got a GTX 1060 to encode video for streaming while the 1080 runs the game. Simple enough. I got a 960 to run in this thing a while ago. Just one problem. My motherboard is refusing to detect the 1060 in its current PCI slot.

Specs:
Asus ROG Strix Z270H Motherboard
Intel i7-7700K (not overclocked)

16 GB DDR4 RAM
Asus Strix GTX 1080 8GB VRAM (pci-ex16/8_1)
Gigabyte Windforce GTX 1080 3GB VRAM (pci-ex8_2)

I have tested the card in the main PCI slot and it works fine, but when I try to run both of them, it refuses to detect it. This is frustrating.

I havent tested to see if the PCI slot is the issue yet, but Im about to. If it is... Im going to be very sad.

EDIT: Just moved some things around. Neither the 1080 or the 1060 are detected on port PCI-EX8_2 but are getting power when plugged in. Im hoping this is just a software issue with the BIOS or some setting I havent found.

Nevermind. Im just an idiot apparently. Both graphics cards require a PCI-E x16 slot and theres only one on the board. Guess I better get a new board.
