Help me please

OK so i bought the rival 600 from best by i download everything and everything is fine. I open illumination in the app. so you know how the palm lights are separated into 3 sections the top light on the palm is completely turned off and the 2 other sections are green while the scroll wheel and the logo is lighting like normal. I've tried to turn off all lights but that green is still there it wont turn of and every time i change like the other colors it still stays the top part is off and the rest is green. Help me I've tried fixing it for a few hours but i can't.   (i returned it for a new rival and it still is like this)
