Sound Card/Mixer Help

I'm getting a mixer and I was told that it has the equivelant of, or it does have, a dac and amp. So does that negate me wanting to get a sound card if i'm just going to listen to everything through the mixer since the audio will be outputing to the mixer anyway? Or will a dedicated sound card increase my experience through the mixer?

If you use the usb on the board, all audio will be done on the mixer, so the sound in your pc will do nothing.
