my specs :

i3 6100, RAM 2x4 GB corsair vengeance

msi b150 pro-vh

his rx 480 4gb

corsair vs 450

I use multiple socket plug, there is 4 sockets : monitor, computer, router, desk fan

with gpu installed

everytime I turn on or turn off the desk fan, my computer display turned off and I tried to press keyboard numlock and the LED indicator not switching (I mean the system is hang), after several seconds it rebooted itself

even on UEFI settings, not booting windows yet (so there is nothing to do with windows, drivers, softwares, etc)

without gpu installed, nothing happen every time I turn on or turn off the desk fan, it just run fine

- I did once OC gpu to 1300 MHz from 1266 MHz, but on firestrik combined test it turned off, then I never OC again

- I did once downvolt from 1112 mV, to 1000 mV, but I don't remind driver crash, restart, or what happened (but the point is something happened), and I never downvolt again to 1000mV

what I've done:

- use another psu cable (it is rice coocker cable actually, but it has the same socket with psu), it still happen

- use another multiple socket plug, still happen

- stressing gpu with firestrike (demo only with default settings, no graphics, physics, combined test), nothing happen (I don't this will really prove 450watt is enough for rx 480/my system or not)

superposition 1080p high, still nothing happen, but after it done the benchmark, the screen keep blinking (just blinking) every several seconds, but it gone after reboot

- I brought the psu to computer store, they use a tool they said for testing psu voltage, but it show no problem

additional:

- my gpu was rx 470 and broken, and claim warranty, but they give me rx 480 due to rx 470 was out of stock

- it actually happened for several months ago, but sometimes it just not happening anymore, so I just ignore it

but, for now it still happen again and again, so I just put this as serious problem

- everytime, I hit reset on wattman (fresh install driver/windows, computer just turned on, without any oc settings applied) it used to cause screen artifact and driver crash, but after several month I hit reset button again it will cause screen artifacts and reboot, I just try it now it just reseted fine without problem

edit:

sometimes, power outage happen

so, maybe anyone here can help me figure it out what is the problem

but I guess there is problem on some kind of electricity flow controller on gpu
