Quiet Keyboard

Hi All,

 

Looking for a silent keyboard, UK layout, that isn't mechanical. I've had a shop around but the reviews for a lot of these advertised 'quiet' ones are dubious at best so I'm wondering is anyone has a standard membrane keyboard or knows of one that isn't expensive (below £30?). It's for an educational institution and for exam purposes.
