Weird pc behavior

Yesterday my pc froze while in windows and it  wouldnt post after the crash. i took it out of the case and reconnected everything (cpu ,cpu cooler, ram ,24 pin 8 pin ,gpu ,hdds ...) and it worked just fine .i also did a stress test while outside of the case and all temps were good .So i put it back in the case and again it wont post and goes into boot loop. i have the pc for 1 year. also all cables plugged all the way in.PC specks : i7 6700 non k ,gigabyte h170 hd3 , rmx 750x , msi gtx 1070 , phanteks ethoo pro m acrylic , 16gb gskill ripjaws,  hyper 212x coooler.(sorry for my english)

 

any ideas ?

So if i'm reading correctly the PC will work properly out of the Case but once returned to it, it will act up? 

 

Could be some faulty cabling or something. Other problem could be metallic loose in the case which is touching the back of the motherboard or something, Hopefully someone else with more knowledge comes by to help your problem out
