Help with DLL files

I'm trying to install this DLL file but it says I don't have access to my SYSWOW64 folder, but I'm the only user on my PC so I should be admin. I tried going into security properties but everything is greyed out and I can't change it.

What is the DLL file? Are you trying to install just the file itself? If so its not a good idea to download a DLL file and try to install it. Depending on the file, it will be attached to something like "DirectX" or "Visual C++ 2010, 2012, 2013" etc...

Maybe my direct X needs updated then because its dxgi.dll and thats tied into direct x
