cpu overclocking

My system has been running fine for 4 months @3.9Ghz but It started crashing. It will run fine if I do not overclock my cpu but if I try to overclock in the Uefi or with Ryzen master the system will lock up in I have to force it to shut down. I have tried resetting the bios, reinstalling windows and updating the bios. 

 

cpu:  ryzen 3 1200

motherboard:  msi b350m pro vdh (bios: 7A38vA9)

ram:  2x4gb team elite plus ddr4

graphics card:  evga gtx 1050 mini

cpu cooler:  hyper t2

power supply:  corsair cx450w

that's usually signs of degradation. what voltage are you running it at?
