Need help asap

I have a Seagate 1tb hhd and windows 10 has it as unallocated and I don't know how to fix it

If you go to the disk management menu in windows 10 you should be able to allocate it from there.

that just means it needs formatting

allocating it in the disk management utility will format it and you'll be able to see and use it

Does the hard drive at least show up in the menu?

It might word it as creating a simple volume
