DRAM LED Solid

I just built a new pc but it won't post. As soon as I turn it on the LED indicating DRAM is on. No flashing no beeping nothing just a solid orange LED. I'm new to building computers so any and all help would be appreciated.

 

Mobo: Asus z270h

Ram: corsair vengeance 2×8gb 3000mhz

Cpu: Intel i7-7700k

Cooler: evga 280mm dlc

Gpu: Asus 1080

try putting one ram stick in at a time and try every slot, with all your ram sticks one by one. maybe it's a dram stick issue, or maybe a mobo issue
