It's compatible. First step to save money would be to cut down on the PSU size, it's about twice what you need. A good 600W will power it easy. 

 

I'd advise using PCPartPicker to compare prices and compatibility. The compatibility filter is on by default, so it won't let you select incompatible parts and any potential issues will be noted for you.

You could use some of the savings from PSU cost to add in a HDD for extra storage space.
