Free or dead cheap web hosting

I am looking for a PHP/MySQL webhosting for free or for an extremely cheap price. I am unable to experiment at work by setting up a PHP/MySQL server. So, I'd love to know if there is a cheap/free webhosting situation

000webhost.com, it aint amazing but it does the job. For testing php code its fine but dont even think about production work. You could also install wamp orso on a usb stick.
