Disk 100% randomly

So today I was just playing games like usual, and my game started to lag. So I checked the task manager and my disk has been 100 or 90 ever since. I've tried restarting and I'm not sure what is wrong.

- Host - superfetch 14 MB/s

Superfetch is a service in Windows that's designed to speed up app launching by preloading certain apps based on your usage patterns

 

To disable:
Open the Start Menu.
Type "services" and hit Enter
Look for Superfetch in the list and right-click it>Properties
Set the startup type to disabled and click the Stop button to stop the service
Click Ok

ok so i disabled it and disk is still at 100, now it says -

        Update Orchestrator Service

        Windows Update

Alright, so I am assuming its a windows update that is failing to install but its stuck at 26% every time I turn on my pc.

I still need help, i'm pretty sure that it is Update orchestrator that is causing the issue but I am not sure how to fix this! Please help!
