You are unlikely to find a 120Hz monitor for that price tbh, have had a little look and seems they start at about $175-$200, but could be missing something as I am not from USA.

 

What games do you play? Would you actually benefit from the 120Hz? Your 1060 may not even push that many frames depending on the games you play.

 

What is your current monitor like, are you looking for an upgrade or has yours died?

 

If you want a decent 1080p/60Hz monitor they are usually around $90-$110 depending on where you buy and the screen size, if money is tight.
