Good Over-Clock settings??

My card (rx 460) maxes around 66 C at full load

It is the XFX RX 460 2GB SF

Is my overclock good I can run it stable. I used Heaven watching for artifacts but none came up (for hours). I do not want to play with voltages just because of my power supply is a 550 w 80 + bronze.

THis a good overclock or bad? Did I hit the lottery on memory and core or is it normal?!?
