Pc Built for less than 1250$

Hi Experts,

Please help me fellas.

I have been searching form many days the perfect build of pc to use for Premier Pro Editing but not got it yet. So please someone help me choose the the computer hardware for building editing computer with a budget about 1250$  .Your help will help me a lot.

which country? need os/monitor/peripherals? any gaming?

Need is whole architecture right from motherboard gpu processor storage monitors powersupply and other stuff( I was thinking about to get asus motherboard ddr4 ang gtx1050ti will it be suitable)

and you haven't answered these:

 

Country: India

Requirment:Os Monitor and peripherals also

Gaming: No

Other use: 4K editing and 3d designing also aftereffects
