Code 43 coming and going

I was playing different  games for 2 months then one day during fortnite my PC restarts with blue screen of death and then the resolution  was decreased and code 43 is there

I did all thing ddu,  install and reinstall older and newer driver 

Whenever I physically  remove my gpu and plug it back it it works for 1 hr and sometimes by just connecting to mobo and then reconnecting  to gpu also removes code 43 for one hr

Specs are
Gtx 10603gb 
H110mh
8gb ram
Corsair vs450
And one fan only for exhaust 

In other forums people told it can be caused by psu 

As whenever gpu works it gives full performance  and no lags
