Alphacool Contact Information

Go to solution Solved by AMDNeko,

Yeah its best to shoot email to support@performance-pcs directly. Usually we can help if it is deemed a DOA product within 30 day return period and set things right but we can also help get RMA setup past that period. Email us directly and just request RMA assistance from Alphacool and include your order number in the first email you can re-explain situation or just link your LTT post here if you wish~  In this case however you can email matt@performance-pcs.com to get everything hopefully squared away.

Does anyone know how to contact Alphacool for a warranty claim?  Anytime I try using their website it defaults back to German on the deeper pages and I can't discern what I need to be doing.

My Pump died in the Pump res combo I have.  I emailed Performance PCs (vendor I used) almost two weeks ago about how it was making noise and they haven't responded.  Now while trying to see if there was anything I could do, the pump quit completely. Now my GPU loop has no flow.

Ryzen 7 2700X , Asus Prime X570-Pro, Bykski CPU Block, AMD Vega 56, Barrow GPU block, g.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB PC2800, Dual EKWB SE360 Radiators, Corsair RM750x PSU. All in a Lian-Li PC011 Dynamic XL case.

Thank you.  I failed to find that contact info on a quick look and got frustrated by the defaulting to german.

Contact AlphaCool, ha. AlphaCool is famous for never replying back. PPCS has issues with there Contact system, half the time E-mail doesn't go through. It's sometimes better just to use there direct E-mail or call them.

Thanks to Performance-PCS for taking care of me. Both pumps are being replaced. Very helpful.
