Boiling point question.

Go to solution Solved by Ghost,

Hence the question as its not as simple as the boiling point of straight up water.

So around 100-105C

So I've got a H90 AIO on order and I was wondering what the boiling point of the liquid that is used inside them is? I would imagine somewhere in the 100c area but I was wondering if someone infinitely more competent than me in this area could clarify for me so I know what the absolute danger zone is in terms of melting the cpu and everything surrounding it.

The reason this has come up is that it has hit 40c today here in Melbourne Aus, and my ambients in my poorly cooled room have skyrocketed.

The fluid in AIO units is usually water mixed with glycol.

So yes, around 100C-105C.
