Buy a new power supply, green CX units are for basic systems. 

 

You can, but I don't like house fires, and you don't either.

it's enough on stock and probably with an oc, but i'd replace it when you can with a newer CX450/M, pure power 10 or mmasterwatt.

You shouldn't have issues running it with the CX430 even all overclocked. Just use it until the warranty runs out, then replace it with a decent ≥450W PSU, if you want more expandability. Or replace it now, or whenever else, until the warranty runs out.
