This is the fourth time it has happened and I have yet to hear any suggestions on the issue. I have a recent build (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/xxvolwarexx/saved/xHDZ8d)

Please help. I'm running out of options :(

I was running GTA 5 and suddenly the system froze for about 4 seconds and then the PC black screened and rebooted.

4.5ghz overclock and 1.12 vcore.

its most likely caused by your overclock, youre running a 4.5ghz oc with a tiny heatsink. it could be overheating due to the oc

Have you run any sort of stress test on the CPU to ensure the overclock is stable?

Way back in October I did, but didn’t run them for a very long time. Instead I played a lot of games (though for maybe an hour or two) to test stability. I spoke to a rep from seasonic about 10 minutes ago and he has me running my CPU at stock speeds and my same voltage. During my ASUS Realbench tests (which hits both CPU and GPU) my system hung for a second but then recovered.. like my cursor disappeared for 4 seconds and I thought it was going to restart but it recovered. I’ve never seen that before

For sure that is a rinky-dink cpu cooler.  Definitely got to get something a bit more beefier if you're going to run that 4.5 overclock.

True. I’m not delidded or anything but it’s a fairly low overclock, voltages are low, and temps never cross 80c

I understand not being delidded or anything but the given speed on that cpu is 3.6 gigs and you're running it at 4.5 gigs.  Granted, that may not be extremely terrible but it is a bit overkill (IMHO) for a six core processor.  I would still grab me something with a more meat on it than the one you have now.

True, but that still doesn’t suggest wild instability. Usually when there isn’t enough voltage you get a full BSOD not like a random black screen :/
