Hi guys im trying to overclock my i7 8700k to 5 ghz but i couldnt in bios its shown the core speed is 5 ghz but it will not change in CPU - Z even i tried to use the feature from Asus to load 5G OC profile and still the core speed stock at 3.7 ghz and im using a Corsair liquid cooler for the CPU can someone help?

What does the clock multiplier say in CPU-Z?

I meant clock multiplier, not speed. The multiplier is a number by which you multiply 1000Mhz to find out CPU clock speed.
