Sight glasses[Question]

i know this isn't the place to ask but  i'm hoping someone knows the answer.

so i got sight glasses. and i was wondering if i wear them in front of the monitor.. will it affect my vision even more? and faster.? because my eye doctor told me to wear them all the time and we all know most doctors are lol.

It's fine to wear glasses while looking at a monitor.  Just make sure to take breaks and focus on something further away for a few minutes at least once every hour.  This will help you avoid straining the muscles you use to focus.  The monitor really has nothing to do with it, I could give the same advice about reading printed books for long periods of time.
