I'm making a desk PC and I don't have enough space to put a exhausts fan, however is it okay to have the 120 AOI as the sole exhaust for the system ??

That's what I have and the temps are outstanding, if you have a proper air circulation.

If you put it on intake then your CPU temps will improve by about 3 degrees, if exhaust then your GPU temps will improve by about 3 degrees again.

So in the end, there's no big difference.
