Mine's not perfect but I do at least make an effort on forums, especially when discussing tech.

I feel that as long as people understand you, it's alright, however, don't expect people to take you seriously when you start saying "i cry evawaitim".

I often make mistakes but English is not my first language. I think you should at least try to use proper spelling and grammar even when you're on the Internet. I really hate when people deliberately misspell words because they think it sounds cool. It doesn't. It makes you sound like an uneducated little kid.
