Mouse/keyboard keeps disconnecting

 About a month ago a problem has occured. My mouse/keyboard keeps turning off randomly, then re-working,only when playing a game..  I bought a new keyboard and it still happens ...
When I'm browsing the internet its fine but when i start to play a  game , after 20-25 minutes it keeps turning off/on.
I changed all USB maybe the ports are bad,but no. I reinstalled the computer many times,but the same problem. 
Would changing my motherboard fix this?
I changed my USB port to PS/2 and then my mouse started doing that shit...
Anyway ideas guys? Its seriously frustrating in game.
