You mean like a barebones like the NUC or are you doing a complete build? Also, value is subjective, so an actual budget would help. Geographical location or currency would be useful as well. Are you planning to do anything other than content consumption? Gaming, etc....?

I'd like to have a complete build, between 400-500 USD. And it would only be used for content consumption.
