8700 Air Cooler

I am looking for an after market CPU cooler that will allow me to hold at the 4.6Ghz boost clock. I have a Corsair Spec-02 redshift case, so water cooling is out of the question. The Stock cooler isn't up to the task (not to mention is insanely loud). I would prefer a quieter one to a louder one (who doesn't?) but ANYTHING would be better than this stock one. So does anyone know of particularly good aftermarket CPU fans I could get?

I recommend the cryorig h7. I use it to keep my 8700k at 4.75ghz with very reasonable temperatures, on the "quiet" fan curve. It is also only about $25-30 USD

I am Shopping in minnesota, so my options are microcenter, newegg, amazon, or anything online. Budget doesn't matter much, but water cooling wont work because of my case.

Any cooler smaller than 157mm height will work. I recommend Noctua.

The specs listed for the Spec-02 don't account for the side panel bump and it can fit slightly taller coolers.
