Get modular :P no more than 500W :) Wooden Marker will be here recommending the CX430 shortly I bet, I'd go with an Antec HCG 520M probably, but there are a lot of options. Could probably aim for gold efficiency at that price too.

Edit: got ninja'd and I was right :P

do u mean 430watts is enough

I'm referring to the corsair psu cx430 or cx430m. The entire system at full power draw should be at max ~300w.

any 400-500 odd watts power supply would be enough. Seasonic M12i 520 maybe?
