Stuttering while gaming

When I play games like Battlefield 1, the Final Fantasy XV demo or even Warframe, my computer stutters but the audio is still running in the background and sometimes it just completely crashes the game. It's incredibly annoying, my CPU never goes over 60ºC and my graphics card never goes over 70ºC. This computer is pretty much new, it has a month of use, before I had a FX6300 with an Asus M5A78L LE and I didn't have this type of problem. Also, I installed a previous driver for my graphics card but the issue remains.

 

Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

Ryzen 5 1600x 3.6 GHZ no OC

8 GB RAM 2400 MHZ Crucial DDR4

RX 470 8GB Sapphire

My PSU has a wattage of 530W. I know it's not the best but it gets the job done at least.

My BIOS has the version 3803.

google on how to do a clean boot of windows. try after that. might be some programs that are messing up in the background
