Okay, I'm planning a PC build for 1080p gaming. Games like Overwatch, Destiny 2, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, etc. I have most of my parts planned out, but could use some advice. Here's the list.

APU - Ryzen 2200G

Mobo - ? (Help pick)

GPU - Asus Dual GTX 1060 3G

Storage - W.D. Blue 1TB(2012) and/or W.D. Green 2TB(2011), Corsair Neutron GTX 120GB

RAM - ?

PSU - Silverstone SST-ST60F-P

DDR4 Ram and GPU prices are over the roof at the moment, I'd recommend getting either second hand, such as Haswell/skylake based. I dare to say this, a pre-built.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X | CPU Cooler: Stock AMD Cooler | Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI) | RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (4x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 | GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB Zotac Mini | Case: K280 Case | PSU: Cooler Master B600 Power supply | SSD: 1TB  | HDDs: 1x 250GB & 1x 1TB WD Blue | Monitor: 24" Acer S240HLBID | OS: Win 11 Pro.

Home Lab:  Lenovo ThinkCenter M82 Hyper-V Server 2022 | Dell OptiPlex 9020 Hyper-V Server 2022 | TP-LINK TL-SG108E | Cisco Catalyst C2960CG 8 Port Switch | HP MicroServer G8 SCCM Server | 2x Dell PowerEdge R630 Hyper-V Server 2022

nah i wouldnt say buy a prebuilt, what i would say is get 8 gb of ddr4 ram rn, and upgrade that later to 16 gb.

also i would strongly suggest you to not get that intel cpu. i say you get a ryzen 3 or 5, the new apu's from amd are really good for gaming if you pair it with a good gpu. so id say get the 2200G apu at 3.5 ghz, which already comes with the wraith spire cooling, so that will also save you some money.

also are you going for an atx build?

GPU is bought second hand, and can you recommend a certain ram?

I'm going for an MATX build, 2x4GB or 1x8GB? If I get the APU instead of the 1300x or i5 6400, won't that drain more power?

i would say you go for 1X8 for now, and upgrade to 16gb if you have more money, you could do 2X8 in 1 go if you have the budget of course. you dont want to get 2X4 now because the cpu supports dual channel memory so you wont be able to use the full bandwith if you upgrade to 16 gb. so just go for 2X8, also dont worry about the power usage.

Okay, which CPU are you talking about? Because I'm considering the Ryzen 2200G
