Upgrading RAM questions

I currently have 8GB of RAM and looking to upgrade to 16GB in the cheapest way; IE, get a 8GB stick, when doing this what am I best following as I think my current stick is no longer sold? Note, its a DDR4 stick can I just get any stick that's a 2133 MHz since that's my existing sticks speed.
