Help with windows key not working

Ok I've had this problem for a while now and its starting to annoy me. Whenever I hit the windows key nothing happens. Normally I wouldn't care about it opening my start menu but I also use it for the windows game dvr. I know its X box but its just handy to quickly record a kill in csgo. I have tried updating my drivers changing ports on my keyboard and tried many other things to no avail.I have a Logitech G710+ so its not a cheapy keyboard. Any help is appreciated. -Mr. Mudcrab

g710 has a game button (looks like a joystick or something like that) and what this button does, it disables the windows keys. Just find that button and press it again to disable game mode.
